I found a bit more footage of the thick red head from the short “Inner Workings” that’s supposed to play before Moana. This footage was found playing during an interview with Breakfast Television Toronto.

P.S. It should be noted that  almost all of the background women in this short have a stylistically huge ass as well

P.S.S. The director Leo Matsuda was born in Brazil. Not sure if he had anything to do with the character design, but if he did, I can see where he got his inspiration from 😉
