While I’m reposting the warning regarding NerdAbides, I mind as well air out another scammer who has not paid me. I do NOT have invoices for this one because this was before I used invoices. For anyone who is familiar with my repertoire, you might remember the Launch selfie.
I was NOT paid for this.
I told BlackKnife12 my policy when it comes to commissions (I will ask for the payment after the sketch). For some reason, like a nice goober, I let him wait for the finish. He also was adamant about only paying me after the finished commission rather than before. Here are the interactions I had with BlackKnife12 regarding the commission for the Launch drawing.
We discussed payment and we agreed on payment immediately after the finish. Instead of being paid on that week, Blackknife12 decided to go silent and never talk to me again.
I’d like to say for the record that this guy is a GODDAMN CORE MEMBER on dA. He has not paid me and he refuses to talk to me regarding the commission. Please avoid this guy at all costs. He has wasted way too much of my time and I would never wish bullshit like this upon my WORST enemy. If you know any other dA artists.

He commissioned me in late September but then didn’t pay me til I threatened to report him to artist beware a month later
I originally made my own post about this guy but he ended up paying me so I took it down, I see I was mistaken in doing so.

“I wanted to warn you about the user Plumpie Bombshell. I made a FireFly commission for her more than one month ago (It was October 30) but I haven’t recieved the payment for it. I can understand that someone has a difficult situation or something, I’m fine with holding the payment for one, two week, but whole month is way too much. I was writing to her, she told me that she already transferred the money, when I was asking her again, later, she told that she will try to pay, and she never scam on anyone. When I asked another week later, she just began to ignore me, lie and didn’t reply”

Another scammer alert! On 22 October 2016 I’ve made 2 Samus Aran fanart renders (40USD total ) for a guy that I concated only trough gmail, so I don’t know if he has account on deviantart or other sites – frank.tinsley16@gmail.com
I was waiting for the payment. After 7 (october 29)days from sending him final-renders, he sent a message where he said that he’s going to pay as soon as he get his pay. I said sure, beacuse he was commissioning me earlier in the past, and he always paid for it.. I asked him when he willl pay, and on November 5 he told me he will pay in a week for two. And after this message, he stopped replying to my e-mails where I was asking him about the payment. Now it’s almost more than 2 months since I sent him final renders..and I still haven’t received the payment. From now, I’m going to make 50/50 payment system for commissions, – 50% of the price before I make the render, and 50% price after I send it. If you want to see any screenshots or evidences, I’ll send them privately.
