Anatomy is a really broad subject, but the best practice is to use references.

Trace anatomy diagrams for practice, so your brain remembers how things are shaped. Bodies are made of a bunch of interlocking shapes, like a 3D puzzle. Once you learn how the puzzle fits together, your art will be much better off.

Having a strong foundation in anatomy can make you an incredible artist, so it’s definitely worth the effort. Good luck!
