K-dramas are South Korean soup operas that are usually short in television runs and overly dramatic in delivery. Also every other plot element is a storybomb so there is little to no build to any reveal. Honestly, I find them rather entertaining despite the dynamite keg storytelling and slightly stiff/hammy acting.
I’d suggest Secret Garden, Rooftop Prince and Boys Over Flowers if you’re looking for starters.
