I’d ship too as a moment between the two. Cloud wouldn’t ever romantically involve herself with Rin’s son only because she already has a relationship with Morrigan that Rin doesn’t know about. She tries to serve him completely above the table but hearing his voice in heat makes it harder for her to do that.

She entangles herself with all three Aenslands in different ways, with Lilith being the only one she has no connection to. I ship Cloud and Morrigan first only because how much Cloud helps that poor broken girl is adorable.
