Rin only hates Morrigan because Morrigan was plotting to use Rin as a sex toy (as in her origin story). Rin mostly hates her for how Morrigan treated her, so she keeps Morrigan in the basement dungeons obedient, brainwashed and under-fed. The hatred was once mutual until Rin striped enough of Morrigan’s intuition so that she only sees Rin as her queen. She doesn’t have quite a boiling hatred like she does for Talim, Lilith and vicariously through Rokzi, Ivy, but she does treat Morrigan poorly to intentionally keep her under Rin’s heel.
