Every single person knows where and how Morrigan is kept, but no one addresses it. It’s like an unspoken agreement between all of the residents, from Mila to Hugo to Rokzi to Linkle and everyone in between, that they don’t speak of the former Countess of Wimbourne.

To them it is very much, out of sight, out of mind, Morrigan’s alive and that’s as far as they would like to know. Some abide by this rule out of fear of invoking Rin’s ire, others do it to safe themselves the emotional distress of thinking of their once thriving mistress being nothing more than a blind sex toy.

Lucian and Cloud still visit Morrigan and the other dungeon playthings Rin leaves in the basement. Of course, Lucian does not speak or interact with any of his perverted lovers, fearing they may grope his plump pecs and crotch.
