That’s actually interesting to me, because I actually really like Batwoman as a character. I know her mostly from the New 52 run, but I’ve read some of her early 2000s stories. I remember liking her origin story because it was topical for the time, being expelled from the military for her sexuality. Kathy Kane would be an interesting character to interact with Phillis, being one step ahead of Batman at every move. Also, she’s smooth and a little condescending, writing Phillis off as a brute pumped full of steroids.
Also, I picture Black Cat/Spider-Man types of weird sexual tension between them.
