Lucian likes any compliment no matter what they entail. His mother encourages him to wear whatever makes him happy, so she got some of her seamstresses to make him a dress and parasol to wear to town.
Sahru loves smooching on his chest, he gets really soft and sensitive when someone kisses him on the tummy.
Ankura isn’t jealous. Not at all.
Rin and Lucian spent Christmas quietly between the two of them. In listened to her son read from her little book of winter poems and sonnets for hours. She tried to offer Lucian her wine, but he’s a little timid to drink it, they eventually sat quietly through the night, with Lucian nestled safely within his mother’s grasp.
He’s quite bashful when it comes to the attention~
Kyo really likes having company stay with him for the night. Because he gets very comfortable with then, donning his bright blue kimono and letting his lover spoon with him. It’s quiet and peaceful for him and it plays into how much he enjoys having people who adore and admire his beauty around him. More often than not he’ll spend hours just sitting in silence, being embraced, occasionally musing about his time with his lover or what he’s wearing.As he claims, he enjoys this because he feels like he’s being “savored” and enjoyed.
Blue and Yellow don’t really interact with the other gems often but do their part to assimilate into human population in the ways that Jasper has. Yes, they still are above average standing at around 6′10 or so, but they’re making efforts to be amongst average citizens. They play in a two person band called “The Green Diamonds” and play at local bars and pubs. Sometimes the other gems go to see them, every once in a while. Peridot usually never goes, as a staunch music critic that she is now, thanks to Amelia’s influence, she usually never goes, writing their band off as YD massaging her ego while BD only sticks around for company and has “zero percussion talent”.
I decided to give BD another redesign because I thought the first go around was rushed and not really expressing her personality traits.

Rin and Lucian enjoyed Halloween a lot, Rin even let Lucian dress up as his favorite vampire. She encourages her son to dress up as whatever he likes for Halloween and Lucian enjoyed all of the sour candies that his mother purchased for him for the occasion. The two are very excited to celebrate Halloween next year.

Lucian likes talk about the facts he learns in books often. Usually outclassing his mother in brains, he can get a little overbearing with all of the fact dumping that he does regularly. But all comes with a tinge of excitement and glee behind it.
She bought matching sweaters for her, Clara and Sid. They’re so mushy mushy at this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if they exploded into hearts and sparkles.
